I’m a teenage baker based in Forest Row. I’ve always had a passion for baking! I started when I was just 8 years old, and ever since, I’ve loved creating delicious treats. From a young age, I’ve been very creative and as soon as I found baking I knew that was it! Baking is my way of expressing myself, and I love sharing that joy with others through every cake, pie, and treat I make.

 

I’ve grown up in a household with many different dietary requirements so it was very hard to bake for my family, but I learnt ways of making things that where gluten free, vegan, sugar free and still delicious. So I specialise in natural treats that aren’t full of chemicals and colourings and I believe that making and eating good food is one of the best and most magical things in life.
